Where do I find the export?
- Facebook & Instagram: Meta Business Suite → Insights → Content → Export data. Choose Facebook or Instagram, the date range and CSV.
- LinkedIn page: Page admin view → Analytics → Posts (or Content) → Export. The .xls file LinkedIn produces is supported.
- TikTok: TikTok Studio → Analytics → Content → Download data (CSV or XLSX).
- X: analytics.x.com → Export data (needs an account with analytics access).

Which exports does the report generator accept?
CSV, TSV and XLSX exports from Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram content and overview exports), LinkedIn page analytics, TikTok Studio and X analytics. You can upload up to ten files at once and correct the detected platform for each file.
Are my files uploaded to your server?
No. Files are read and calculated in your browser. Only when you ask for the AI analysis do we send the aggregated totals and up to three short excerpts of top posts per platform.
How do I create a monthly social media report for a client?
Export last month's content data from each platform, upload the files, set the client name, period and goal, generate the analysis, add your own context and save the report as a PDF. Repeat with the same structure every month so the client can compare.
How should I present a social media report to a client?
Start with the goal and a three-sentence summary, then show the few metrics tied to that goal, two or three top posts with why they worked, and the plan for next month. Keep the full tables as an appendix.
Can I customise the report for different clients?
Yes. Each report uses that client's name, period and goal, and the AI connects findings to the goal you enter. With the Business plan you keep a workspace per client and export white-label PDFs.
Is the generator free?
Calculating the numbers and saving the PDF is free. The AI analysis is limited to three per day per network. Saving reports per client and white-label PDFs are part of the paid Business plan.
